Ms. Hoyt proved instrumental in positioning Maguire Thomas Partners, as well as several hallmark commercial real estate properties, including First Interstate World Center, Wells Fargo Center, The Gas Company Tower, Maguire Gardens, Pershing Square, MGM Plaza, Plaza Las Fuentes, and Playa Vista. Linda Hoyt worked directly with the partners, corporate management, leasing, and asset management to orchestrate a myriad of marketing programs while also serving as the liaison with the company’s external public relations firm.
